St Siandra Restaurant Refurbishment

St Siandra was a restaurant refurbishment ProjectPlus completed in 2023.

This refurbishment took a great deal of time and effort from everyone in the ProjectPlus team. This was due to a series of unknown structural works that were identified once the original floor was removed. The floor removal revealed sever timber rot on most structual beams, which required the beams to be removed and replaced by a brand new stainless steel framework.

Once the structural works were completed and deemed up to standard by external sources, our team began the process of designing and building a beautiful new restaurant!

The entire original restaurant was demolished to make way for the newly designed bar, kitchen and seating area. The before and after photos speak for themselves.

Our team has delivered an amazing restaurant for our client and they couldn't be happier.
