The ProjectPlus Story
It all started with a vision to do things a little differently...
Before I started this business I saw an industry dominated by a lumbering vanguard of large and mostly profit-driven organisations. I saw salespeople that were more focused on making their quote than delivering genuine value to their clients.
The clients I spoke to were fed-up with substandard workmanship and a low-quality product that rarely stood the test of time. But the uninspired and under-appreciated tradespeople weren't to blame; they were tired of having to sacrifice quality and apply a "shrug the shoulders" approach to get jobs done within unrealistic budgets.
So I made a decision. I was going to start something from scratch. A business build on the ethos of giving clients the quality they deserved, and my team the tools and resources they needed to accomplish the kinds of results they could take pride in once again.
We got to work, and the doors to ProjectCoat were officially opened in the Autumn of 2013.
A few years and several hundred projects later, and the ProjectCoat brand evolved into ProjectPlus. Now our service offering has expanded to include not only high-quality Commercial Painting but Internal Building Refurbishments and External Upgrades.
As the founder, I'm immensely proud of what we've achieved as a team, having grown ProjectPlus into what it is today; an organisation with a commitment to improving the lives of our customers, our family of employees and the communities within which we work. We started with the mantra of "professionalism, accountability and integrity" and now more than ever these are the core values they you can still count on when you work with us.

Founder & Managing Director
Sam has been instrumental in ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly for the entire organization. Head of Client Solutions
With years of experience in project management, Matthew has developed a reputation for delivering high-quality projects from concept to completion. His exceptional industry and product knowledge allow him to provide clients with unparalleled insights and solutions. His industry and product knowledge has been described as super-human by colleagues and clients alike.
Head of Building Solutions
Aaron is one of our amazing site supervisors. Aaron has developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results. As one of ProjectPlus' site supervisors, he is responsible for overseeing multiple projects and ensuring that each one runs smoothly from start to finish. He is proficient in coordinating with various trades and vendors, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that all works are completed to the highest quality standards.
Amelia is responsible for all ProjectPlus marketing materials. She runs all our social media accounts, keeps the website current as well as many other marketing promotional items. Amelia also works closely alongside our estimating team to produce amazing 3D renders for our clients to have a visual understanding of how their project could look upon completion.
Digital Content Coordinator
As our amazing office manager, Clare is the first point of contact when reaching out to ProjectPlus. With her expert organisational skills and nuanced communication style, Clare ensures that all administration tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, allowing the rest of the team to focus on delivering world-class service to our clients.
Daniel is part of our 'site' team. He works closely along side our estimators, site supervisors and project managers to ensure that each and every project is delivered to our clients with the same high quality expected of our team.
James is part of our 'site' team for one of our biggest projects in Cromer. James is responsible for coordinating with trades and keeping our clients happy. This team is delivering multiple unit refurbishments monthly as well as a wide range of other projects ranging from solving water ingress issues to external painting works.
Junior Site Supervisor
Kirk is primarily responsible for the organisation and daily operations of one of our biggest clients Australian Unity. Kirk has honed his skills in organisation and daily operations to ensure seamless execution of Australian Unity's retirement living projects. He has a proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with staff and residents alike, ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued.
Mark is responsible for managing ProjectPlus' retirement living projects. His attention to detail has earned him a reputation as a meticulous planner, always anticipating any potential roadblocks and finding solutions before they become problems. Mark also has a talent for building relationships, fostering positive connections with our retirement living clients to ensure their satisfaction every step of the way.
Matt is responsible for measuring and pricing all of ProjectPlus' building projects. Any work that requires our building division Matt will have a key role in ensuring the correct amounts are allocated for each project. Matt is a seasoned professional with years of experience in the construction industry. He has a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely cost estimates for building projects, ensuring that clients get the best value for their investment.
Senior Commercial Estimator
Melanie is part of our operations team. Mel is responsible for managing all the behind-the-scenes work of our projects. She handles everything from trade paperwork to project scheduling, invoicing, and more. Her expertise in managing logistics and ensuring timely delivery has allowed us to complete projects on time and within budget.
Sam makes up part of our site supervisors team. He is responsible for running multiple projects, coordinating with trades and ensuring our clients are happy at every stage of their project.
Tommy makes up part of our estimating team. He is responsible for costing and quoting our projects. Tommy works closely alongside Matt to ensure every project is quoted with the best quality materials for the best price.
