The project commenced with the development and provision of a Site Saefty Management Plan, ensuring a secure environment. A detailed works timeline facilitated effective coordination, with copies placed on-site. Weekly reviews and revisions of the contruction program ensured seamless coordination and trade handovers.
A pre-commenced meeting brought all stakeholders together, setting the stage for a collaborative journey. Weekly progress reports and a dedicated site supervisor ensured transparent communication and effecient execution. As the project concluded, a comprehensive completion report, adored with before-and-after photos, showcased the remarklable transformation.
