3D Design
ProjectPlus is offering a new service to work in alongside our quotes and proposals.
Our team of designers are dedicated to working closely with our clients to create visual aids to better understand how their project will look upon completion.
Stage One
The initial phase commences as our estimation team visits the site for formal introductions and a comprehensive assessment of the space. During this stage, the estimators will create a preliminary floor plan, which will be shared with our design team.
Stage Two
In the second phase, our design team initiates the development of the digital floorplan and commences construction activities according to the specifications outlined in the customer's scope of work.
Stage Three
After receiving approval for the new floor plan from our estimating team, our designers generate 3D renders. These visuals, along with a written proposal, are then submitted to the client for approval or any necessary adjustments.
Stage Four
Our client signs off on the finalised design and works commence.
